Warehouse Associate needed for Fredericksburg, VA

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Status: Full-Time

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications

• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must pass a background check once hired
• Must be able to work safely and drive a forklift
• High level of customer service
• Possess good oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
• Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
• Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent Customer Service.

• Keep the warehouse organized and parts in order.
• Maintain vehicles.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
