Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Freight Associate in Illinois to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and data entry. The role requires a high-energy, hard-working individual with forklift experience and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and perform warehouse duties (selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
• Enter data accurately and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
• Walk/stand for long periods and adapt to temperature changes in a warehouse environment.

Warehouse Freight Associate

PAY:

$20/ HR + Production

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates/Clerk will perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
• Must have a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned
• Willingness to provide moderate housekeeping of office area
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• High school diploma
• Previous office/clerical experience a plus
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
• Walking throughout warehouse during shift
• Bilingual Spanish a PLUS
