Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload plaster trucks.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Learn and utilize the Inventory Tracking System in Workday.
• Take inventory of materials daily on each plaster rig.
• Measure and bag pigment packs and other materials.
• Pick material batches for plaster rigs each day.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment; forklift required.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Associate responsibilities include storing materials, organization of inventory, tracking/maintaining an accurate inventory, receiving and pulling orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, and safety in the warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Load and unload plaster trucks
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Learn and utilize our Inventory Tracking System in Workday.
• Take inventory of any material brought back each day on each plaster rig
• Measure and bag pigment packs and other materials
• Pick material batches for plaster rigs each day
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Other duties may be assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience with Workday Inventory Tracking System or similar system (preferred)
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Maintain a positive attitude.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays and at night, when needed.
