Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. You will help maintain a safe warehouse, process packages, and assist with driver route planning and deliveries to local communities. The role emphasizes clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with smartphone apps and scanning devices, able to lift up to 150 lbs, and dedicated to accurate inventory and timely pickups. Training is provided, and weekly pay is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or inventory environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move parcels up to 150 lbs with or without assistance.
• Comfort using smartphone apps and delivery-scanning devices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process packages and assist drivers with delivery routing.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse workspace.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Assist with loading/unloading and preparing shipments.
• Communicate clearly with team and drivers.

As an Warehouse Associate, you will help maintain a safe work environment in our warehouse, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving others, a great communicator, proficient using smartphone applications, and a team player.

What You’ll Do

• Former warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Need

• Regularly lift and move parcels


• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift


• The ability to crouch, kneel and stand regularly throughout shifts


• Assist with moving loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities


• Close, distance and peripheral vision along with depth perception required during the fulfillment process


• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks
