About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate who can keep things organized, efficient, and flowing. You’ll help receive, label, and organize inventory, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. When things get busy, you’ll thrive working both collaboratively and independently.

You’ll report directly to our Warehouse Manager and collaborate with store and events teams to keep Hempie’s moving.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming product shipments
• Prepare outgoing deliveries to retail locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling and tracking
• Keep warehouse areas tidy and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with event setup and product restock as needed
• Operate efficiently and autonomously, maintaining strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• 21 years or older (per NC hemp regulations)
• Comfortably lift at least 50 pounds unassisted
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both independently and on a team
• Prior experience in warehouse, retail stock, or logistics preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow within Hempie’s
