Job summary

Signature Hardware is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Erlanger, KY to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull outbound orders, and build pallets using RF devices. You will stock incoming material, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and adhere to PPE rules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range & Compensation

• - $17.41
• - $26.11
• - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
