This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, material handling, and order fulfillment. Candidates should also be open to travel to other warehouse locations across the United States as their development in the role and business needs evolve.**Key Responsibilities*** Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.* Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders in accordance with company standards.* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.* Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and inventory control systems.* Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.* Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of products and materials.* Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.* Collaborate with team members across operations, logistics, and customer service functions.* Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed.* Travel to other company warehouse locations to support training, operational initiatives, and business needs. Needs can shift quickly, the idea candidate will be ready and willing to travel with minimal notice.## Qualifications**Qualifications****Required*** 2+ years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or distribution center experience.* Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
