Job summary

R.A.S Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Indiana. You will maintain organization, receive and unload inventory, inspect orders, and stage routes for delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, standing and moving throughout shifts, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand, walk, bend and perform physical tasks in a warehouse.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Receive and unload inventory using proper equipment (pallet jack, hand tools)
• Inspect orders prior to delivery to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Stage delivery routes for drivers
• Process and maintain receiving and inventory paperworkScan, pull, and prepare inventory for outbound loads
• Safely lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 10–100 lbs on a regular basis

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
