Warehouse Specialist
The Warehouse Specialist plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within a large-scale, fast-moving HVAC distribution environment. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials while ensuring safety, organization, and operational excellence throughout the warehouse.
This role requires frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds throughout the shift. Employees will stand for extended periods and may need to alternate between sitting, crouching, kneeling, and bending to perform warehouse tasks efficiently. The warehouse environment is fast-paced and dynamic. Most work is performed inside the Four Seasons warehouse, with occasional duties outside in loading docks or parking areas. Temperatures and comfort levels may vary based on operational needs and location within the facility.
