Coastal Elite Pro in Duluth, MN is seeking a Warehouse Support role to assist with fleet, logistics, and inventory operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity. You will maintain records, process shipments, and follow procedures to support order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, up to 2 years in warehouse support, and knowledge of cold chain management and shipment documentation. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supply chain certification preferred.
• < 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, cold chain management, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and handle temperature-sensitive materials.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and support timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve quality.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Prepares packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.
• Escalates handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.
