Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate. You’ll safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment, load/unload, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork while representing the company professionally.

In the warehouse you’ll pick, pack, stock, and assist with loading, cycle counts, and daily safety standards. If you’re reliable, detail-focused, and enjoy both driving and hands-on logistics, this role offers growth and a strong

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-ft box trucks (required or strongly preferred).
• DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards.
• Warehouse and delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts.
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations).
• Represent the company professionally at every stop.

What You’ll Do

Delivery & Driving

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations)
• Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here

Warehouse Support

• Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly

Safety & Standards

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace
• Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
