Job summary

Haley Mechanical in Dexter, MI is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday hours. You will maintain inventory, stock shelves, load heavy equipment, and assist technicians with materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Warehouse experience (preferred in trades e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
• Good communication skills and well organized.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep warehouse clean.
• Load and unload heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs).
• Prepare and transport parts to job sites, assisting technicians with materials.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and customer service.
• Operate large trucks and trailers delivering supplies to job sites.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety policies.

Haley Mechanical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team. This is a great introduction into the trades and getting hands on experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday

What YOU will do:

• Maintain Inventory, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of warehouse
• Be able to life and load heavy equipment weighing 100 LBS
• Prepare and bring parts to job sites, assisting technicians with materials.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Operate Large Trucks and Trailers delivering supplies to Job Sites
• Maintain strong customer service
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
