Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution center operations in the United States. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and customer service to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years in a warehouse or customer service role.

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily operations in the Target distribution center. Their duties include maintaining the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and making customer deliveries. This role is directly involved in all phases of warehouse operations, including customer service, inventory management, customer interaction, and general warehouse activities.
Perform warehouse operations including local deliveries, inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receiving
Count, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customers
Complete one or more warehouse functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load and possibly assist with delivering orders for our customers)
Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movement
Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required
Receiving and processing shipments
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift and overhead crane)
Ability to lift at least 50lbs loading and unloading products

At least two years of warehouse or customer service experience

Hourly: $18.00 - $25.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
