Job summary

JSI Cabinetry is hiring multiple Warehouse Associates to join our Denver-area team. You will perform order picking, packing, cabinet assembly, and other warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with overtime as needed. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, safety footwear reimbursement, and aggressive safety program. Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize pallets of cabinets and related items for safe transport.
• Label and document outgoing shipments.
• Inspect pallets for quality before shrink wrap.
• Report damages or discrepancies to the shipping lead.
• Collaborate with shipping team to load cabinets onto trucks.
• Follow safe handling and loading procedures.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
• Locate and transport parts accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety protocols during packing and shipping.
• Communicate shipping schedules and issues to the team lead.

JSI Cabinetry is a leading United States kitchen and bath cabinetry supplier committed to fast delivery of the highest quality cabinetry. JSI operates distribution facilities in Fall River, Chicago, Atlanta, and Denver. Our expansive footprint is leveraged to service 2,500 of the finer kitchen and bath dealers in the United States with all-wood cabinets shipped as quickly as the next day.

We are currently hiring for multiple Warehouse Associates to join our team. Candidates must be able to work in a warehouse environment and complete tasks including but not limited to order picking & packing, cabinet assembly, and other general warehouse duties.

Picker & Packer Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Accurately organizing pallets of cabinets and related items according to specified guidelines for safe transportation.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Conduct visual inspections on the pallets of cabinets before shrink wrapping to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report any damages or discrepancies to the shipping lead.
• Working collaboratively with the shipping team to load cabinets onto trucks or carriers.
• Following proper handling and loading procedures to ensure safe transport.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently to move received goods to designated storage areas.
• Accurately locating and transporting parts with precision in a timely manner
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during packing and shipping activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with the team lead, and team members regarding shipping schedules, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform all duties
• Safety shoes are required. Company will reimburse up to $85 for acceptable shoes.
