Job summary

AmerisourceBergen in Colorado is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services within our AmerisourceBergen operations. You will move materials and products in a climate-controlled facility, ensuring safety and compliance with all standards.

You will handle order fulfillment, cycle counts, RF scanning, and maintain clean work areas. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and shifts Sunday through Thursday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and safe.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies or damages.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

Four workdays per week scheduled between Sunday and Thursday, with one scheduled day off during that period. Sunday shifts begin at 2:30 PM, and Monday through Thursday shifts begin at 4:00 PM, with shifts ending upon completion of work.

Pay Details

Pay starting at $21.33 per hour with potential for up to $25.05 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Summary of Role

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of automation according to established standards. Performs in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment
