Job summary

Laborde Products Inc. seeks an energetic Warehouse Associate in Deer Park, TX to assist with receiving, storing, and distributing parts, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities include processing work orders, loading/unloading, delivering parts, checking in materials, stocking shelves, cycle counts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the facility. Forklift skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing and industrial parts experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.

We are currently seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, storing, and distribution of parts, tools, and equipment within our Deer Park, TX warehouse.

In this role, you will:

• Obtain work orders and direction from supervisorand chart out daily activities.
• Assist warehouse staff in loading and unloading trucks.
• Deliver parts to our customers and technicians as needed.
• Check in materials and match purchase orders with received items.
• Determine items to be shipped or stored by reading and interpreting shipping orders.
• Ensure that items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to their bin locations.
• Match pulled items with work orders to ensure accuracy.
• Physically move orders from storage areas to packing areas
• Make sure that packaged items are properly and securely placed inside the delivery truck.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse on a constant basis.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory.
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing and industrial parts experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crawl.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to drive a forklift.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

• Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime may be required on occasion.
