Job summary

Raise is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in the Dallas area (Farmers Branch) for a full-time, temporary-to-perm role. You will process shipments, pick and pack orders, and maintain inventory accuracy, supporting timely shipping and receiving in a busy warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have forklift and electric pallet jack experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are available Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Warehouse Associates are responsible for performing various tasks to support warehouse operations. This role includes the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. The Warehouse Associate works closely with other team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including both dry goods and frozen products, following company standards.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and promptly report discrepancies.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to pick and pack both dry goods and frozen products accurately.
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments (including freezer areas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and ability to follow company policies.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years or older
