Job summary

Steven Engineering, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute inventory at our Corona, CA facility. You will load/unload, verify material, and ensure accurate storage and order fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift and maneuver inventory, and operation of light warehouse equipment in a safe manner. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with starting pay of $19–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move inventory as part of daily tasks.
• Experience operating light warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.
• Perform lifting and movement of inventory as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain clean and safe workspace and perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload deliveries, identify material, and note discrepancies.
• Store products to proper locations and pack customer orders to standards.
• Possibly perform delivery duties using a light van when needed.

Typical Functions

• Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
• Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.

Compensation Details

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
