Job summary

MRC Global in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to maintain stocked and delivered inventory and support shipping operations. You will pull material from bins, assist loading onto trucks, and ensure data is entered into the inventory system.

Responsibilities include unloading materials, inspecting quality, stocking, labeling, and preparing shipments with attention to safety and accuracy. This role requires physical work and occasional overtime in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks.
• Inspect material for MRC Global quality requirements.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves by a predetermined sequence.
• Mark the materials with identifying information.
• Transfer materials to and from shops for modification purposes.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and package orders per requirements.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer.
• Load onto trucks or packing area using forklift/overhead crane.
• Prepare documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air Shipments.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions.
• Report hazards, injuries, or illnesses immediately.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Purpose

Maintain the flow of stocked and delivered inventory by pulling material from bins, loading material onto trucks, placing new material arrivals into bins, and scanning or entering the data into the inventory database.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines, and training.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies.
