Our client in Conroe area is looking for a dependable Temp to Hire Warehouse Associate to join its team. If you have solid warehouse experience, take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and are comfortable operating material handling equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and store materials and finished goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with a thorough understanding of warehouse operations
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move materials, and to stand, walk, and work in a physical environment for the full shift
