Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Conroe, TX. The role covers a variety of on-site warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates are energetic, hardworking, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Prior warehousing is a plus, but training will be provided to the right person.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Work is fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select, freight haul, audit, repack, sort, palletize, and perform cleanup as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
