Cooper Electric Supply, LLC., part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced Northeast warehouse environment.

The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with RF equipment and computers. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global electrical distributor.

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Utilize customer tickets to pull orders accurately and timely.
• Accurately check and receive inbound products and confirm the shipment is consistent with the purchase order.
• Check product packaging to ensure that it is neat and intact.
• Restock inventory neatly, efficiently, and accurately in assigned locations.
• Perform cycle counts as necessary to ensure inventory count is accurate.
• Utilize radio frequency (RF) guns to scan barcodes and labels allowing us to track appropriate inventory levels.

What you will do:

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• The ability to stand and walk for the full length of the assigned shift.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull material and objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and heavier weights with proper equipment.
• The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climbto perform various duties.
• The ability to operate appropriate powered industrial trucks safely. Training will be provided.
• Various portions of the job are performed in a light industrial warehouse and retail setting.

Salary Range: $18-$20/hr

Work Hours: 6:30AM-3:30PM
