Job summary

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep products moving — transport incoming and outgoing materials using hand dollies, forklifts, shrink wrap machines, and pallet jacks.
• Be the quality gatekeeper — inspect incoming and outgoing materials to make sure only the best goes out the door.
• Own the warehouse organization — sort and place items on racks, shelves, and bins following inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship products so our customers get what they need, when they need it.
• Process shipments and returns with speed and accuracy.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and replenish stock from back-up locations.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Handle related administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods; forklift certification is a plus.
• A self-starter mindset — comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• A commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sharp organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for shifting priorities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft AX preferred.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (22.68 kg).
