Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments neatly and efficiently.
• Pull stock to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipping.
• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily targets.
• Maintain inventory organization and accuracy.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages or errors.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Keep workspace clean and compliant with safety guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and fast-moving Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be key to keeping our high-volume warehouse running smoothly by packing items quickly, processing orders, receiving shipments, and keeping inventory organized. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, brings high energy every day, and is eager to learn new skills and advance their warehouse career. 

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
• Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
• Pack, process, and prepare customer orders quickly and accurately to meet fast-paced daily targets.
• Pull, stage, and package inventory to fulfill orders with high precision and customer focus.
• Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
• Safely operate warehouse machinery (Pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move items safely across the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace in compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or packing role is preferred.
• High energy level and the ability to work, pack, and movement at a fast pace.
• Hands-on experience with (or willingness to learn) warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong time management, organization, and a eager drive to pick up new skills on the job.
