Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to assist with incoming freight, move products to the sales floor, and perform related duties. The role requires forklift use, coordination across departments, and adherence to safety policies.

Compensation includes a base pay up to $16.00/hr plus weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr, with full-time benefits eligibility after 91 days. Prior retail experience is preferred and a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area.
• Move freight to the staging area.
• Use a forklift.
• Move/fill palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Load product into customer's vehicles.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Compensation
