Summary:

IFP Motion Solutions, an ever-growing distributor and manufacturer of custom fluid power and electronic systems controls, located on the northeast side of Cedar Rapids, is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our warehouse group. Duties could include shipping and receiving shipments, inventory management, light mechanical assembly, and general warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The ideal candidate will provide our customers with the best possible service by enjoying attention to detail, organization, having basic computer skills, and facing each new challenge with a positive attitude. You will serve as a liaison to customer service, quality assurance, and other IFP locations, as well as maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidate will have

• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Inventory cycle count experience
• Full knowledge of the order fulfillment process, receiving goods and processing freight claims
• Forklift certification and pallet jack experience
• Ability to foster a professional and team-oriented environment
• MS Office and Outlook experience
• Previous experience using power tools and an air nailer
• Ability to build shipping pallets
