Job summary

Wesco is hiring Warehouse Associates to support our distribution and supply chain operations. You will learn distribution techniques valued by Fortune 250 companies and contribute to timely receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Training provided; benefits include PTO, insurance options, 401k, and discounts. Prior forklift experience is a plus, but not required to apply.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Perform wire cutting and light assembly as needed.
• Maintain assigned areas and complete log sheets.
• Verify inbound shipments and process order receipts.
• Prepare packing lists and load outbound trucks.

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
• Relocate and consolidate material
• Prepare and assemble packing lists
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
