Isto Biologics, located in Carlsbad, CA, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to move materials between warehouse and production areas, document in ERP for traceability, and support shipping and receiving activities.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer knowledge, and strong organizational skills. Forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Move and organize raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.
• Document activities in ERP system to ensure traceability of all parts and lots.
• Ship finished goods to customers.
• Receive and inspect raw materials.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Operate a forklift.
• Follow Quality System requirements per Training Matrix.

Isto Biologics, a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join their Carlsbad team.Position Duties and Responsibilities include:Movement and organization of raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods between warehouse and production areas.Documenting activities in an ERP system to ensure the traceability of all parts and lots.Shipping and finished goods distribution to customers.Receiving and inspection of raw materials.Conducting inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory levels.Organization and cleanliness of warehouse.Operating a forklift.Operating to applicable areas of the Quality System as required by the Company’s Training Matrix.Education and Required Experience:High School diploma or equivalent is requiredBasic computer knowledge requiredStrong organizational and record-keeping skillsAttention to detailAbility to work with minimal supervision (self-starter)Adaptability and flexibilityQuick learnerWilling and able to take directionFull time, in-officeLocation: Carlsbad, CASalary: $27.90 - $28.30 per hour
