IES Residential Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Texas to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling in a fast-paced setting with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will receive, stock, organize and distribute materials, maintain records, and relay inventory updates to supervisors. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years' experience; on-site work with possible overtime.

Position Overview

IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Previous warehouse, inventory, or labor experience is beneficial. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively support warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory activities.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Use warehouse equipment, tools, phones, tablets.
• Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Sit for extended periods while driving to and between job sites.
• Work on active job sites, indoors and outdoors, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to varying weather, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions.
• Wear safety gear such as Personal Protective Equipment.
• Maintain dependable transportation and consistent, reliable attendance to meet customer service and operational needs.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
• Communicate in person, by phone, and electronically, including on a tablet, smartphone, and other office technology.
• Travel as required to support project and operational needs.
• Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
