Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves a broad range of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning and other duties as directed by site leadership.

The position requires a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Forklift and EPJ experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading.
• Selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup as assigned by site leadership.

Job description

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Pay: $700 - $900 weekly

Shift: 6:00 AM to finish; Monday-Fri; schedule set at time of hire

Requirements: Forklift and EPJ experience, attendance and punctuality adherence, production based pay, flexibility on schedule.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse responsibilities including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean‑up, housekeeping, and other duties assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast‑paced and very physical.
• Lifts and carries 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
