ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for supporting the warehouse operation in maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks with materials to be shipped out or returning from jobsites.
- Check in and clean tools.
- Pick products off the shelves.
- Scrap and waste material handling.
- Pick up and drop off materials at job sites using a company vehicle.
- Operate Forklift as needed.
Salary: $52,000 - 60,000 annually + discretionary bonus + employee ownership + benefits

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading.
- Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report.
- Knowledge of materials and tools used in the electrical industry preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This job operates in a warehouse environment and is exposed to weather conditions.
- Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) per warehouse requirements, including but not limited to, hard toe work boots, safety glasses, gloves and high visibility vest.
- This role occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers and fax machines.
- Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.
- This position may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
