Job summary

Capstone is hiring at Black Mountain, NC for a Warehouse Associate to perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and cleanup under site leadership.

You must be a high-energy, physically capable worker; lifting 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available. Weekly pay with benefits after 60 days, travel team opportunities.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as required.
• Select and palletize items; perform audits and repacking.
• Maintain clean work area and assist site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical


• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary


• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
