Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced distribution operations. You will perform loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and related duties as directed by site leadership.

The role requires a high-energy, hardworking individual capable of lifting 25–75 lbs and thriving in a physical environment. We offer training, potential career growth within Capstone, and benefits after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload, select, haul, audit, repack, sort, palletize, and clean up as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
