Job summary

Wesco is hiring Warehouse Associates to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a Fast-paced distribution environment. You will assist with wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of your work area.

We offer training, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a path to develop in a Fortune 250 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required / entry level.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Perform wire cutting and light assembly as needed.

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
• Relocate and consolidate material
• Prepare and assemble packing lists
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks
