Century HVAC Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and transfers at our Belton, TX location. You will ensure correct items and quantities reach customers on time while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a forklift pallet jack and related equipment, and work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and teamwork. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse through a variety of functions, which may include shipping, receiving, and transferring of products to customers and other locations. Your efforts will guarantee that our customers receive the correct items in the appropriate quantities and at the right time, thereby helping to maintain comfort for members of our community in their homes and workplaces.
