Ascendion is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Austin, TX to support a fast-paced fulfillment operation. You will receive inventory, organize and store products, pick orders, pack and label shipments, and stage packages for delivery.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, safety awareness, and the ability to meet productivity and accuracy SLAs. Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, performing inventory tasks, and collaborating with site leadership and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, logistics, inventory, or e-commerce environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual material handling throughout the shift.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and inventory as needed.
• Perform inventory stowing and ingestion activities.
• Pick products accurately from designated inventory locations.
• Stage completed packages for handoff to the delivery operations team.
• Follow established warehouse safety, organization, and operating procedures.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate II

Location: Austin, TX

Job Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate II to support a fast-paced fulfillment operation in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for receiving inventory, organizing and storing products, picking customer orders, packing and labeling shipments, and staging completed packages for final delivery.
• The ideal candidate has prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience, works well in a high-volume environment, follows safety and quality standards, and can consistently meet productivity and accuracy expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and inventory as needed.
• Perform inventory stowing and ingestion activities.
• Pick products accurately from designated inventory locations.
• Stage completed packages for handoff to the delivery operations team.
• Follow established warehouse safety, organization, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse teammates, site leadership, and delivery operations personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, logistics, inventory, or e-commerce environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual material handling throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld warehouse technology.
• Manual pallet jack experience or related equipment certification.
• Experience supporting a warehouse launch, startup, or new-site operation.
• This is a hands-on warehouse position in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. The role requires extended periods of standing and walking, as well as frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and manual handling of packages and inventory.
• Schedule & Flexibility
• The facility operates throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates should be comfortable working a schedule that may include:

• Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday schedules
• Holiday work
• Overtime as operationally required

Interview Process

Candidates can expect 1–2 interview rounds, approximately 30 minutes each, conducted virtually.

• Successful completion of applicable background and drug-screening requirements.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Salary Range: $24,960 - 33,280 Annually -Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
