Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in Aurora, OH. This role supports the logistics and supply chain team with standard warehouse tasks and production support.

The position requires a High school Diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. Compensation is $20/hr with 1st shift hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak in the local language.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently and stand/walk for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard warehouse activities including raw material receiving, put-away, restocking, kit picking, and cycle counting.
• Physically move materials using handcarts from one area to another.
• Pick parts/products or pack shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
• Fill kits and deliver to production as required.
• Work in decontamination areas, unpack, disinfect, and disposition returned products.

As a warehouse associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Aurora, OH

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
