Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Delivery Driver in Athens, AL. The role offers a pay rate of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, local deliveries, and providing professional customer service.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a DOT Medical Card (employer-paid). Warehouse experience and forklift familiarity are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery.

• Perform local deliveries using a company vehicle.
• Verify delivery accuracy and complete delivery paperwork.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Education Requirements

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure
• Comfortable loading and unloading delivery vehicles
