Description

The Warehouse Loader’s main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations which include inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading trucks with Red Bullproducts to complies with companystandards.
  • Confirm trucks are loaded accurately, as per Account Sales Manager’s request.
  • Inspects product and ensure product is rotated on trucks and in warehouse in accordance with expiration dates.
  • Properly clean and repackage product as set forth by company standards.
  • Appropriately dispose of damaged and/or Out of Code product once approved by WarehouseManager.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Restocks supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
  • Records, reports, and returns defective items.
  • Follows safety rules for warehouse when picking an order.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and mathematical skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and standard forklifts when needed.
  • Must hold a clear driver’s license.
  • Able to operate a forklift, with operated certificate.
  • Clear background and drug testing

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.
  • Good hand/eye coordination necessary.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently.
  • Employee regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Employee occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
