POOLCORP in Northwest Arkansas, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order receiving and fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. You will pull, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup while assisting with loading trucks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, prior forklift experience, and the ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience is required.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior warehousing, distribution or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts audits.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates deliveries with supervision.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Keeps the facility clean, organized, and safe.
