Job summary

SIGMA-US is seeking a warehouse associate for first shift, Monday–Friday. You will process orders, support inventory accuracy, and move products in a safe, organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities include unloading and loading trucks, reporting damages, and maintaining stock in SAP/WMS systems.

The role requires forklift certification, English/Spanish bilingual ability, and a minimum of one year in warehousing. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • One year warehouse experience.
  • License/Certifications (Forklift).

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product orders; support inventory accuracy, including reviewing inbound documentation and reconciliation.
  • Unload inbound truck loads; store product; assist with outbound loads; report damages and shortages.
  • Organize and rotate product in cooler/freezer; follow up on quality complaints; block product in SAP.
  • Process returns and disposal of outdated product; assist in weekly reconciliations.
  • Monitor conditions, perform equipment inspections, and support general warehouse duties.

Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Monday-Friday first shift
  • Receive and process product orders; support inventory accuracy, including but not limited to reviewing inbound documentation, product receipt and reconciliation. Assemble and stage product orders for presale and onboard sales routes.
  • Receive inbound truck loads; unload and store product; assist to ship outbound truck loads; report inbound overages, shortages or damages to leadership
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures. Organize and rotate product in warehouse cooler or freezer to prevent spoilage. Report and follow up product Quality complaints and ensure the product is blocked in SAP and physically hold in the warehouse. Assist in weekly bad conditions reconciliation and upload documentation to the shared folder. Process and document product returns and disposal of outdated product.
  • Report to warehouse management cooler and freezer repair requirements, material handling equipment maintenance requirements and pallet disposal and or acquisition. Monitor warehouse temperatures. Perform equipment inspections
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One (1) year warehouse experience
  • License/Certifications (Forklift)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
  • Pallet jack and Forklift certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES (KSA's)

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking. Experience with materials handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift Experience in food products

ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shifts
