Job summary

Renew Wellness Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, bin putaway, picking and packing in order to meet the SLA of shipping all orders received by 4:00 pm daily. You will work under the Warehouse Managers to maintain safety, quality, and production standards, while keeping a clean, orderly warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; experience with ERP/WMS or shipping partners is preferred.

Job Summary

Warehouse Associates are primarily responsible for receiving products, bin putaway, picking and packing in support of our SLA of shipping all orders received by 4:00 pm on a daily basis. The Warehouse Associate is expected to adhere to safety, quality, and production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Managers.

Essential Functions

• Picks orders utilizing RF-Smart Warehouse Management System.
• Receives product utilizing RF-Smart and NetSuite.
• Performs Bin Putaway utilizing RF-Smart.
• Packs and ships orders using ShipHawk.
• Meets or exceeds department minimum performance goals.
• Cleans and straightens work areas as necessary.
• Demonstrates a commitment to a culture of safety.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance per our attendance policy.
• Adheres to scheduled work and break times.

Required Education, Credentials, and Experience

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with constant moderate noise not requiring personal protective equipment. Occasional exposure to outdoor elements, low or high temperatures, and small, enclosed walk-in cooler.

Physical Demands
