Job summary

SIMOS Insourcing Solutions in Allentown, PA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

The shift is 1st shift with hours 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and pay at $17.00 per hour. Training weeks are 20 hours, then 40+ hours thereafter, with weekly pay and benefits.

• Stand, bend, lift, twist, and move throughout duration of 8-10 hour shifts
• Lift or maneuver up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and surroundings

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, EPJ if certified)
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Shift and Pay Information:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM - 2:30 PM; WITH 2 HOURS OF MANDATORY OVERTIME $17.00/hour pay

***WAREHOUSE IS ON THE BUS LINE BUT THE DROP OFF IS 1.3 MILES AWAY FROM THE SITE IF NEEDED
