Position Type: Temporary Full-Time thru August 31, 2026 approximately

Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus $100/week perfect attendance bonus for duration of temporary assignment

Opportunity

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team for an estimated month long warehouse inventory project in Chesterfield, Michigan.

This is a temporary assignment paying $22.00/hour for duration of temporary assignment in August. But potentially more, as employees who successfully complete the project and demonstrate strong attendance, work ethic, and performance may be considered for permanent full-time employment at our new warehouse facility in Romeo, Michigan.

Temporary Assignment Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Duration of Assignment: Month of August.

Position Summary

The Temporary Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, documenting, and organizing inventory thru staging area for transport to new warehouse. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, basic computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to safely perform physical warehouse work.

Employees will utilize company-issued tablets and inventory applications to accurately document inventory counts, product locations, photographs, and disposition product while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform accurate physical inventory counts.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, and storage locations, if applicable.
• Record inventory information using company-issued tablets and inventory app software.
• Capture product photographs as required.
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate electronic records throughout each shift.
• Communicate inventory issues promptly with supervisors.
• Follow established inventory procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism at all times as they are guests at the inventory counting location and may not interfere with staff or operations outside of immediate inventory counting process location.

• Previous forklift operating experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn tablet-based inventory software.

• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 35pounds, infrequently up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the workday.
