Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse -- Material Handler in Conway, AR to support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. The role involves operating forklifts, moving inventory, and ensuring accurate transfer orders are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors for production material needs, performing RF transactions, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operator experience.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow a schedule, as well as verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and work with co-workers in a team environment.
• Functions and operates comfortably in a very active and fast-paced environment.

• Perform all duties and actions in a safe manner and continuously monitor areas to ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, safety and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management

Job description

The Warehouse -- Material Handler is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties including but not limited to; shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading products from trailer and moving it within the warehouse by carrying or lifting, as well as operating forklifts, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling transfer orders as necessary while ensuring accuracy and timelines of all job functions.
