B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, storage, picking and inventory control to support our warehouse operations. Three positions are available with shifts from Monday to Thursday 2pm–10pm and Fridays 12pm–8pm; on-site attendance is required.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, moving and packing merchandise, maintaining inventory, and operating warehouse equipment. Regular safety practices and potential mentoring duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-0.5 years related experience or PBS requirements completed and pass assessment at appropriate level.
• Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Moves, stocks, receives and packs outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assists in inventory level maintenance and counts.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.

Position Summary

Perform all receiving, storage, picking, transporting and inventory control functions necessary to support the warehouse operation.

Three positions available.

Shift

• Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm and Fridays 12pm - 8pm
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving and packing outbound warehouse merchandise.
• Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• Refers most complex issues to higher-level staff/supervisor.
• May provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Required to apply entry level working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action. Performs entry level shop floor competencies.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned task.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Physical Demands:

Salary:

$23.31/ Hourly + shift differential
