Job summary

Arnoff Moving & Storage, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our Malta, NY location. The role offers a late-morning start (11:00 am) with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time hours, plus paid training on forklifts and electric pallet jacks that boosts your résumé.

You will gain hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System and mobile scanners. You should be safety-minded, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Safe work record and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort with email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and store incoming inventory and load outbound shipments.
• Keep stock organized and inventory accurate by following procedures.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training provided).
• Use handheld scanners and the WMS to track orders and pallets.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
