Job summary

EMSL Analytical, Inc. in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help maintain and organize the facility. The role includes building radon kits, packing and shipping environmental samples, stocking supplies, and keeping inventory records.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Associates in Life Science preferred), strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Full-time hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree in Life Science or two years of college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent communication, computer, typing, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Building radon kits.
• Recycling and building cardboard boxes.
• Assembling components into the cardboard kit box neatly.
• Organizing and stocking supplies for sample kit creation.
• Tracking kit component and device inventory.
• Packing and stocking products for environmental sampling shipments.
• Involved in the production of manufactured sampling kits.

Job Details: Job Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $17.00 Hourly, EMSL is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Moorestown, NJ. The warehouse assistant maintains and organizes the facility. Ideal candidate has experience in shipping, packing, and assembly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building radon kits
• Recycling and building cardboard boxes
• Assembling all components needed into the cardboard kit box in a professional and neat manner
• Organization and stocking of supplies for creation of sample kits
• Tracking kit component and device inventory
• Packing and stocking of products for environmental sampling to be sent out
• Involved in the production of manufactured sampling kits
• Shipping product orders
• Daily cleaning tasks for the warehouse area
• Preparing sampling bottles for clients use and for shipment

Qualifications: Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Associates Degree in Life Science or two years of college course work completed a plus
• Must have excellent communication, computer, typing, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be able to lift min of 40 lbs.
• Position will involve sitting, standing, bending, lifting and reaching for assembling of kits
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
• Background Check Required

Available Shift:

Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
