Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a dependable Filler Operator to join our production team in Kentucky. This full-time role operates the filling station to accurately fill bottles and jars from the product hopper, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule 9:00am–5:00pm and occasional overnights as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not required, and you must be able to lift

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the filler machine to fill bottles and jars with product.
• Monitor hopper flow to maintain consistent fill levels.
• Inspect containers for correct fill volume and appearance.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervision.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and QC requirements.
• Assist with other production or packaging duties as assigned.

• Report equipment issues, product defects, or production concerns to the supervisor.
