Job summary

CS3 Waterworks, a United Flow Technologies company, is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support picking, packing, and shipping activities. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load/unload trucks, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse aligned with OSHA standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training is available for the right candidate, with a focus on reliability and efficiency to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to train and adapt to warehouse processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using forklifts and/or pallet jacks and inventory systems.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and stored in the correct locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to keep stock levels accurate.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
